What is the Parents’ Club?
Parents’ Club is parents and guardians working together to enhance their children’s educational experience. The Parents’ club meets on 1st Wednesday of each month (excluding January) at 7:00 p.m. in the Elementary cafeteria. Funds are raised each year through fundraisers such as Fireworks Parking, Holiday Bazaar, Breakfast with Santa, Candy Sale, Market Day, SCRIP Certificates, Turfway Park Parking Fundraiser, Winter Celebration, Dances, and much more. Last year Parents’ Club raised around $14,000.
The Purpose of Parents’ Club?
- To be a communication link between parents and the school and the parishes.
- To raise funds that pay for a lot of extras that are not in the school budget.
- To inform and discuss important social and educational issues involving our children.
- To provide a common ground where parents and guardians can share their experiences and voice any questions or concerns they may have.
